Welcome to your Utility Bill Payment Intake Appointment Scheduler

Community Action Partnership of Middle AL is currently accepting appointments for the LIHEAP utility bill payment using this online scheduler.

Once you have scheduled an appointment, you can complete the application and submit required documents through LITT Lite online https://littliteal.azurewebsites.net. The required documents are ID, Social Security Cards for all household members, Income for the previous month for all household members 18 and older, Bill, and Lease for those living in government housing or an apartment complex. We will begin accepting appointments on January 31st for our Heating Season & May 31st for our Cooling Season at 9 AM if funding allows. Once appointments are full the schedule will be closed. If you have an emergency, you can reach out to your local office to see if additional assistance is available.
